This all-in-one combines the functions of an autosampler for liquid, static headspace, and SPME in a single unit.
Our autosamplers offers the lowest cost of operation on the market, for a variety of reasons: gas is used strictly for purging between samples, so no carrier gas is needed; there are no o-rings to replace, saving hours of unnecessary downtime; vial transport is positive and reliable, so there’s no magnetic or special caps required; and you can instruct the system to shut off when the run is complete.
This high-performance, gas-tight heated syringe is a simple and robust system. It eliminates the dead volume and absorption effects that are typical of sample loops and transfer lines and that can also impede their detection at very low levels. The HTA syringe-only concept allows for sequential injections, even with samples characterized by highly dissimilar features. The most chemically active compounds can be analyzed, without needing to change any of the sample pathways. What’s more, it permits adjustable sample volumes without loop changes.
To provide additional robustness to your analysis, the autosampler includes important functionalities such as preventive maintenance counters, a system integrity test (that can be automatically performed at every batch), and a vial leakage check – a proprietary technology that’s based on a heuristic procedure and designed to spot vial leakage problems.
