ASDevices Welcomes Linde LienHwa and Announces Major Capacity Expansion in Canada and Taiwan

ASDevices recently had the honor of welcoming a technical and quality delegation from Linde LienHwa to its Innovation Center. This visit marks a significant milestone in a long-standing partnership and comes at a pivotal moment, as the company prepares to substantially expand its manufacturing capabilities across North America and Asia.

A Long-Standing Partnership Built on Precision

Since 2019, ASDevices has been a trusted supplier of analytical solutions to Linde LienHwa and its customer TSMC, one of the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers. The relationship is grounded in the stringent quality and performance standards that the semiconductor industry demands, and ASDevices has consistently met those requirements with its gas chromatography solutions.

The purpose of this latest visit was for the Linde technical and quality team to assess ASDevices’ manufacturing investments and confirm the company’s readiness to support their requirements over the next five years. The delegation came away with a clear picture of a supplier investing decisively in its future.

Doubling Manufacturing Capacity in Canada

In response to a sustained increase in order volume, ASDevices has developed a comprehensive manufacturing expansion roadmap for 2026. A key element of this plan is the acquisition of a new facility in Canada that will effectively double the company’s existing manufacturing floor space. This new building is scheduled to open in Summer 2026 and will position ASDevices to meet growing demand with greater speed and reliability.

“We have been working on a manufacturing expansion roadmap this year due to the increase in order entry. The new Canadian building will allow us to double our manufacturing capacity, and we are equally doubling our manufacturing floor in Asia to better support our growing customers in that region.”

Strategic Investment in Taiwan

Beyond its North American expansion, ASDevices is making a deliberate strategic investment in Taiwan, one of the most important markets for gas chromatography in the semiconductor industry. The company is actively recruiting a Sales Engineer and a Service Engineer to be based locally in Taiwan, providing customers with dedicated on-the-ground support.

These appointments will lay the foundation for the establishment of ASDevices Taiwan, a local entity through which the company intends to manufacture gas chromatographs directly for the Taiwanese market in the coming months.

“We are investing in Taiwan to be closer to our customers and offer them a better experience. Hiring locally will be the foundation for opening ASDevices Taiwan in the coming months, where we are looking to manufacture GCs directly for this significant market.”

Looking Ahead

The visit from Linde LienHwa is a reflection of the depth of the relationship ASDevices has built with its partners in the semiconductor industry. With new manufacturing facilities coming online in Canada, expanded capacity in Asia, and a growing local presence in Taiwan, ASDevices is well positioned to support its customers’ long-term requirements at scale.

ASDevices is currently accepting applications for the Sales Engineer and Service Engineer positions in Taiwan. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact the company directly.
