ASDevices new Trap and Release analytical valve
ASDevices releases another new innovative valve based on its purge lip sealing valve (PLSV) technology (patent pending). This new product is a breakthrough to fulfill our strategy to better serve our customers with the latest innovations. Chromatography has been done in the same way with the same tools for many decades. We have a mission to change this and introduce new tools for GC integrators. This new product is part of that long term strategy.
This new product will also be used for medical applications related to cancer screening by exhaled breath analysis. Spira innovation inc, a company involved in early detection of cancer using exhaled breath analysis, is now using this key component, amongst many others from ASDevices, to design its reliable and robust medical device which is based on a patent pending analytical method.
Our T&R analytical valve has been designed to improve performance and reduce size of trap and release systems (T&R). Based on our PLSV technology, it offers an outstanding leak integrity and lifetime improving signal to noise and chromatography stability.
The bespoke T&R insert design has allowed us to embed a unique 4 steps process. The result is simpler and improved chromatography. All of this is controlled with our state-of-the-art multi-position electrical actuator.
We have many more new products coming soon. The next one in our chromatographic valve portfolio will be an innovative GC diaphragm valve.
