As a significant advancement over the universal industrial ferrule fitting design, the LIPLOK uses two seal points for better sealing integrity, all while maintaining existing system compatibility.
The LIPLOK design is completely revolutionary because it uses two seal points to provide next-level leak protection. The first point, a coated seal ring, is compression-fit to the tube end using a very low torque and allowing for minimal loss of analytical performance. The second level of sealing is standard front ferrule which resists the effects of vibrations and protects against the tube being ejected from the fitting, without transferring excessive force to the sealing ring. Together, these two levels of sealing provide unprecedented leak protection.
